Job Overview:

At Emergen, we are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of visual aesthetics for tech, and the ability to create intuitive user experiences. You will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to create designs that improve user satisfaction and drive business growth, for Emergen.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
2. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
3. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
4. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
5. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
6. Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
7. Design and prototype user interfaces and experiences using Figma.
8. Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
9. Ensure designs meet business objectives and user needs.

Requirements:

• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design and prototyping tools.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, CS, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion design and interactive prototyping.
• Familiarity with prototyping and animations (Figma).
• Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles and best practices.
• Creative eye for modern design trends implimentation.
