Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Establish and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
- Oversee performance management processes, career development plans, and training programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and company vision.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to enhance organizational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Strategist, HR Business Partner, or similar role.
- 3-4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
