Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Strategist, HR Business Partner, or similar role.
  • 3-4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
