Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution
• Work closely with development teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Conduct regression, integration, system, and UAT testing
• Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the SDLC
• Contribute to improving QA processes and automation frameworks
• Assist project managers in tracking delivery quality and release readiness

Requirements

• Experience in software testing (web and mobile)
• Understanding of Agile workflows
• Familiarity with test management tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Leadership ability is a plus
